The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $3,050. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: After the Sweepstakes Period has ended, eligible Entries will be separated into three (3) Prize Pools; one (1) Prize Pool for each of the three (3) Prize options. Winners will be selected in a series of three (3) random drawings, one (1) random drawing for each Prize Pool, held within 14 days of Sweepstakes ending date.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize Winner, First Prize Winner and Second Prize Winners collectively referred to herein as “Winners” or each, a “Winner”. Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the Sweepstakes ending date. Winners will be contacted at the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes and will be required to respond to the email notification with their full name and mailing address within seven (7) days of the email notification. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor fails to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award such prize(s).

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, assignment or transfer of Prize is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the sole right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value. Any incidental expenses on prizes not specified are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winners are responsible for all federal, state local and income taxes associated with winner prize.

By accepting a Prize, Winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and sweepstakes agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.

By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, the Winners grant to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA AND IN PERPETUITY without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes. The Winners also acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.
